* Which plan is right for you?
Standard and Featured plans are geared towards people who will only need to have a single rental (house, office vacation, condo, retirement facitlity, etc....)
or single apartment complex advertised on GreatFallsRentals.com. Featured rental listings allow for unlimited photos, front page featured listing and get ranked higher in the search results.
The Manager plan is for property management companies and owners who have the need to list multiple rentals
at a given time. There is no limit to the number of properties that can be listed concurrently with this plan. Manager plans allow for unlimited photos in all listings
and higher search result rankings and front page featured listings for up to (5) rental properties at a time. The additional feature of the Company Profile Page is a great way to market your services as well as allow potential renters to find all of your rentals quickly and easily.
* How does the billing work?
Billing is done each month based on the date you sign up for your account. If your payment date falls at the end of a month on a month that does not have that date, the payment will be the last date of the month.
* What if I only want to list for 1 month?
If you would like to list your property for 1 month you can do that! After getting all of your property information added, go to the subscription section and select "cancel subscription". Your account will remain active through the duration of the current subscription period and will not renew.
